Kuwait City - 1. Provides input for strategic workforce planning. 2. Develops annual workforce plan in coordination with functions based on the strategic workforce plan. 3. Develops and maintains job descriptions for all relevant jobs pertaining to companies under the corporate. 4. Performs recruitment activities as outlined in the relevant HR policy complying with all requirements. 5. Develops and tracks recruitment budget for companies under the corporate. 6. Tracks recruitment progress and updates functional heads. 7. Acts as a single point contact for all recruitment agencies (local and overseas). 8. Establishes recruitment agreement with multiple agencies in each of the target countries. 9. Coordinates with recruiting agencies and selected candidates in job offer, logistics, government formalities and relocation to Kuwait. 10.
