Responsibilities Preparation of HVAC LOD 300 & LOD 400 BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Create as Built LOD 500 BIM Models. Coordinates HVAC Systems with other Disciplines. Create Clash Detection using Autodesk Revit & apply proper solution for them. Preparing BOQ to be extracted directly from BIM Models. Prepare Shop Drawings to include all required Information/Annotation. Make Design Review for HVAC systems from technical Point of view. Checking/Review the input BIM Models from Consultant/Designer. Follow up with site team regarding any Coordination issue. Assists Technical Engineers to create design layout of MEP Systems. Skills Qualifications Hold a Mechanical Engineering Degree.
