Kuwait - Scope: A Restaurant Manager, is responsible for assisting the manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of food and beverage. Assist in the management of operations to include,but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability. To be the substitute for the Outlet Manager in his absence. Duties: Manage the performance of the service attendants - all Front of House employees during shifts in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
