Ensure that manufacturing capacities and other business requirements are planned and timely in place for the long term business plan achievement. 7. Provide direction to ensure that farm equipment and other fixed assets are effectively utilized. 8. Ensure that COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) and Cost/Unit do not exceed the target. 9.
