Kuwait City - Serve as first point of contact for answering incoming calls while effectively screen and route calls Open, sort and distribute emails based on clients and priority Organize meetings with new clients and provide brief introduction on company activities Create Memos, reminders and schedule weekly tasks as directed Make travel arrangements Maintain system for organizing and retrieving company documents and files Perform basic bookkeeping and administrative duties such as ordering supplies Coordinate purchases from worldwide network of suppliers Draft Proposals, Quotations and Invoices for clients using Word, Excel and other softwares *Attractive Salary, Accomodation and Travel Benefits will be provided for the candidate that will meet and/or exceed expecations for this position* Skills Applicant must hold a College Degree Excellent Interpersonal skills Effectively communicate verbally and in writting Fast Learner and Self Motivated with minimal oversight ...
