Abu Dhabi - Operation within a Matrix management organisation requires a collaborative pre-disposition and a willingness to work with people to get the best solution for the Division or the Group. You are responsible for winning new work and helping develop the strategy for taking the business forward. You will own a number of client relationships with the remit to win new work and have overall responsibility for the delivery of a portfolio of projects. To assist you to meet these requirements you will work closely with the current Middle East Program Director, the Development Director and will work with teams ultimately responsible to the Resources Director.
