Ensures quality of Contractor's Systems Completions work planning and execution tracking systems (e.g. WinPCS ) Key interface between PMT and Contractor Commissioning teams; directly communicates to Contractor's systems completion database lead to ensure that Systems Completion Database (SCD) is populated correctly and per project specifications During detailed design phase, actively support development of Contractor's creation of Systems Completion Plan, including how work will be broken up into systems and how completions activities for these systems will be populated into the completions system Evaluates Contractor's Systems Completion Package (SCP) submissions and follows up to ensure SCPs are being properly prepared and issued on a timely basis by Contractor and that packages are consistent; promotes and ensures consistency between EPC -1and EPC -2 SCDs Supports entire PMT to promote...
