Kuwait - Responsible of the production on IT strategy that will support the strategic directions and operational needs of the business. Responsible for the production of annual IT budgets in conjunction with the Finance Director/CFO. Ensure the optimum use of corporate computer, programs and related peripherals. Develop appropriate service level agreements with all areas of the business and with external business partners as required.
