The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Manager and regional HR team covering two main areas of responsibility; providing day-to-day HR business partner support to the managers, employees awhile aligning with other business entities. This includes talent sourcing and on-boarding, organisational development, change management, talent and performance management, employee relations, etc. Evaluating proposed HR programs to determine organization-wide viability and acting as the senior adviser during the implementation phase.
