McGregor Boyall - Dubai - Our client, a leading multinational organisation in its industry, is seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Head of Internal Audit who will report directly into the Audit Committee. Key responsibilities are: Development of Audit Plan to identify priorities and resource requirements for the year and ensure plan is developed to meet the Audit Committee's expectations. Meet with Trustees, Directors and Managers to discuss needs and propose audits, to build stakeholder requirements into department plan. Schedule and assign audits to team members, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources. Report to the Audit Committee at the required intervals on Internal Audit assignments including planned reviews, investigations, risk advisory work and any other ad-hoc activity as required.
