Oversee, execute and deliver the Compliance Assurance framework for the Region Promote, lead and manage the culture and practice of robust Compliance Assurance. Assist in the development of an effective internal compliance culture by promoting the benefits of ethical business conduct and the benefits of Compliance Assurance Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Risk Framework (ORF) Development and provision of guidance to the Region in order to ensure reliable control check results and accurate residual risk ratings Ensure a uniform approach is adopted with the continuation of the roll-out of the ORF to avoid deviations which could create risk and require remediation Provide holistic and robust training and co-ordinate responses to queries thus ensuring deadlines are met.
