Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - Duties & Responsibilities included: Responsible for maintaining daily attendance. Prepare and submit monthly timesheets, overtime, incentive reports to HRD (Payroll). Responsible for recording the leave of the department employees. Provide the attendance report for the resigned/terminated employees. Responsible for the documentation of the new / transferred employees. Responsible for ensuring that all gate passes are available. Communicate with other departments.Performs basic clerical tasks. Creating Purchase requests for the dept. Follow up of ordered parts from procurement dept. Parts allocation. Customer payment follow up. Updating of service reports. Receive the documents and distribute documentation as required. Maintain proper filing system. Inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database.
