Kuwait - Ensure the smooth receiving and storage of parts received in an effective and prompt manner Ensure all parts, tools, accessories and manuals are ordered to ensure support to workshops and customers Control spare parts sales counter Approve local and overseas orders Ensure stock control and make sure all claims for parts under warranty are verified and sent to principals on time. Ensure timely spare parts ordering to ensue that parts are replenished promptly Responsible for stock control, pricing and the identification and disposal of obsolete parts Arrange Customer Care trainings Check productivity reports Control products coming from other section or branches Resolve customer problems Prepare department plan and KPIs Ensure the work area is neat and clean Conduct surveys and get customer feedback Identify relevant short comings in departments and propose/action corrective action requirements.
