Cegelec UAE - Abu Dhabi - RESPONSIBILITIES: Enforce conformance of construction activities as per Cegelec project norms given by Project manager. Monitor/ Mobilize Workforce (Subcontractor, Site Team, Vendors). Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations Document for all work performed on project as per project specification provided by Project manager. Liase with Project Manager, Client and employees to complete project with given time frame on day to day basis reporting. Request, manage and supervise the storage and maintenance of all materials, tools and equipments on the site. Ensure employees comply with our Quality and HSE norms as per site requirements.
