Doha, Qatar - POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Services, this role provides generalist support within the HR Division including but not limited to compensation and benefits, HRIS and reporting, training and development, employee relations, payroll and assigned HR projects. POSITION ACTIVITIES Responsible for supervising HR reporting and analysis, including management reporting and the monthly HR Scorecard. Lead on SAP updates, compensation and benefits, Employee Self Service, payroll and performance management activities. Backup and approval for all payroll transactions including but not limited to processing and approval of ECFs, home leave, allowances and benefits transactions. Acts as compensation and benefits SME for all benefits (including coordinating and conducting benefit meetings) and allowances and other payments and deductions, FMLA, LOA etc. Generate Exhibits, investigating with NY office as required on issues for query resolution.
