Our client is looking to hire an experienced, bilingual (Arabic / English) Head of Legal. The Head of Legal will take the lead role in advising management, support functions and risk partners on laws as well as regulations that will impact the operations or commercial and financial position of the bank. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Working with the business and other support functions to assess the vulnerability of products and services to existing or future legal challenges and with an awareness of business priorities.
