Doha, Qatar - - Set up the structure of account departments of the Group. - Overall supervision of Group companies to ensure proper flow and documentation in financial data. - Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, and MIS reports. - Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company. - Ensure compliance with local reporting requirements. - Ensure developed finance and accounting policies and procedures are being implemented all over the Group consistently. - Supervise preparation of financial reports. - Coordinate with banks in order to achieve the best facilities for the Group companies. - Cooperate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit financial statements. - Assist in preparing budgets; call for budget meetings with board of directors. - Review the individual financial statements and prepare consolidated on...
