- Responsible of providing operations support to the Field Engineering team to ensure the agreed KPI’s.
- Responsible for solution delivery and maintenance of the end customer equipment as well as maintenance of the overall customer internal network. This includes any maintenance/management of the PABX and firewall etc.
- Responsible for guiding customer regarding new services which can be offered.
- Responsible for coordinating day to day operations with all sub contractors and follow up on any pertaining issues till resolution.
