Kuwait City - Job Description: The major role is to ensure the day today activities and operations of the company are with rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and the company policies and procedures are being followed. Reporting to : CEO & Risk Committee of the board Duties And Responsibilities 1. Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks 2. Analyze transactions, internal reports and financial information for potential fraud risks. 3. Maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations 4. Create policies, procedures and control assessment in response to identified risks 5. Evaluate the effectiveness of company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company goals and objectives 6. Provide training and technical support to management and employees regarding risk management strategies and programs 7.
