Qatar - Role Purpose Leading and managing the showroom operation in order to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with Organization's objectives. Responsible for the inventory, maintenance and external appearance of the showroom. Responsibilities: Develop and implement store operating plans, policies and procedures in line with the organization branding in order to achieve sales' targets and profitability's objectives. Ensure that the brand integrity is maintained throughout the showroom and implemented to the franchisor standards and guidelines. Ensure accurate knowledge of brand performance, best sellers and stock levels to assist in generating ideas and action plans to increase overall sales.
