My Client is working on a Large Expressway programme in Qatar which is one of the largest projects in the region. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Qatar and oversee the programme management of this project. The ideal Operations Manager Manager will have: 1. Over 20 years of experience in the construction industry 2. 10 years of experience on major infrastructure programmes such as major civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities 3. Experience in project management, construction practice and delivery of complex major projects 4. Experience in the Middle East 5. Recognised International Chartership: MICE or equivalent 6.
