Doha, Qatar - About your job:: In this role you will be responsible for participating in HR investigations involving high profile and complex cases. Your role will be to track and collect information for all investigations across the group. You will evaluate complaints to determine the necessity of investigation and asses those cases to determine the likelihood of the case being prosecuted. You will also assign priority for investigations, assign investigators, monitor them and determine if further investigation is required. You will be working closely with HR Business partners, corporate security, corporate legal and internal audit on investigations, ethics compliance and risk management to track investigations and ensure they are completed in a set time frame. You will also write reports of findings from results and submit those reports to your line manager.
