Kuwait - Job Summary: Provide legal advice to Management and various Divisions on the rights, obligations and privileges of the bank / customers. Studies statutes / decisions and ordinances ensuring compliance with legal terms and conditions; examines legal data to determine advisability of prosecuting law suits and monitors outside counsel in their reputation. Job Responsibilities: 1. Supervise, plan and direct the activities of assigned personnel. Performs supervisory functions at the division level as established by management. 2. Recieve management decisions for prosecution of delinquent loans, covering retail or commercial customers. Studies the case which involves requesting and reviewing all supporting documents such as Risk Authorization, Promissory Notes, Facilities Forwarded, Article of Association etc. 3.
