Qatar National Bank (QNB) - Doha, Qatar - QNB are seeking a banking lawyer with at least 4-6 years of post qualification experience to join their Group Legal team. Position would be based in Doha, Qatar at the bank's offices there but would be part of and report to Head Office Group Legal. Role would include advising on transactional matters (principally loan related but also including an opportunity to work on treasury documentation, fund documentation and related regulatory issues) wherever they arise throughout the banks network. The successful candidate will have strong finance experience gained from a major law firm or bank. Candidate must have extensive LMA loan documentation experience.
