Charterhouse - Doha, Qatar - Charterhouse is working with a leading regional bank. Our client is looking to hire a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to join their team. The role is a middle management level function within the M&A team and will involve working on the delivery of diverse assignments that are undertaken by the division. The M&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the execution of corporate finance transactions including ECM, DCM, M&A, project finance, valuations and transaction structuring deals. The incumbent will support senior staff in completing transactions and will be involved principally in the preparation of financial models as well as client facing work in obtaining source data as required.
