Morgan McKinley - Dubai - The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) is responsible for leading the investment team in establishing and implementing investment strategies for the firm. The CIO will perform a wide variety of functions including designing the investment process, assessing business risks, asset allocation levels aimed at creating a balanced portfolio of investments, conducting traditional investment research as well as technical analysis research to help arrive at the right investment decisions..
