Doha, Qatar - About your Job: In this role you must have demonstrated competency in supporting main Aspect software 7.1 versions and above, Technical competency related to PCs, Networks, OS platforms, databases, telephony, software applications, third party trouble identification and ACDs. You must install, commission and support windows 2008 server OS. You must have the ability to Support VMWare ESX infrastructure and MS-SQL database. You should be proficient in SQL queries and provide full support for Aspect contact centre applications. You must be able to configure Aspect UIP, AQM system configurations, end user applications of Aspect contact centre such as UAD, ADC, MDC, Enterprise monitor, Aspect RTR and Data views.
