JOB DESCRIPTION: Reports to the Operations Manager. Responsible for transportation, movement control, container, and cargo management operations. Assigns work to operating personnel. Directs the flow of work; observes performance and resolves difficulties pertaining to inadequate response to movement requirements and transportation requests.
