Abu Dhabi - Job description Report to the Country Manager (and Senior Management team) in relation to supervising Operational Department and its team members Oversee site staff, mobilizations and demobilizations by the Operations team, handling any escalation issues Oversee and liaise with site staff (permanent and freelancers) regarding performance appraisal and pay rates in line with company financial procedures Hire new site staff in line with forecasted manpower requirements Develop initiatives toward continuous operational effectiveness improvements Liaise with IT department regarding improvements to RMS and SMS systems Planning - Liaise with SBU and Projects Managers to forecast manpower requirements in the medium and long term.
