Dubai - Creating and maintaining a media library including digital media files and data and cataloging the items. Supporting the media production team in production scheduling, obtaining permits and preparing materials for productions. Preparing sales proposals and following up with client enquiries. General administration including document management scheduling appointments, creating purchase orders and invoices and liaising with suppliers and service providers. Front desk reception tasks. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 4 years strong administration experience gained in the UAE with proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
