Kuwait City - SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF WORK: To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the company's standards policies & procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction. MAIN DUTIES: 1. Welcomes guests with a friendly manner and escorts them to a table and seat them. 2. To be available at the entrance always. 3. Courteously answer the phone and takes reservations but making sure to enter data in the logbook neatly and accurately. 4. Taking the order from the guest and properly endorses it to the waiter when the restaurant is busy. 5. Taking care of special requests that guests may have and do suggestive selling. 6. Assist the waiter during busy time. 7. Make sure that the menu for reservation is printed and rolled properly. 8.
