A reputable Middle Eastern Telecommunications Service provider is currently seeking a CTO. You must have a proven record in leading Telecommunication Operators in the areas of Fixed, Mobile and Broadband.

You will report directly to the CEO and will co-ordinate the planning and development of cellular network, ensure adequate coverage to guarantee excellent reception and transmission of cellular communications, diagnose technical issues, plan and develop technical policies SLAs, oversees the development of technical business plans, direct and provide leadership to the technical department, defines and implement technical strategies for penetrating the market place and manage cellular network performances.
