Bitech Middle East - United Arab Emirates - The Contract Administrator has the overall responsibility for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, revising, formulating, finalizing and tracking contracts for crew management services delivered by the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates in all regional offices in coordination with management and in compliance with all appropriate regulations. Duties shall include but will not be limited to the following: - Oversee, administer and supervise preparation, compliance, administration and revision of contracts for crew management services - In charge of proposal planning and administration of contracts. - Resolve contract payment disputes and confer with clients and internal departments concerning contract payments and compliance. - Negotiate terms and conditions and ensure these are followed through the life of the contract and flag up any deviations. - Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets. - Track authorizations an...
