Doha, Qatar - Responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining ledger accounts and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the Finance Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries and document record keeping and accounting systems . Monthly closings and assisting the preparation of monthly financial statements. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet and bank accounts. Manage and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable . Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. Manage payroll administration. Monitor and resolve bank issues including fees and charges. Follow up on Bank accounts and for all company related financial needs. Maintain reconciliations of Accounts/bank .
