Carter Murray - Qatar - A Regional F&B manager is required for an established Qatari Group based in Doha. This person will manage large portfolio of F&B brands throughout the GCC to ensure the achievement of equality and guest service quality standard and departmental revenue and profit goals. This role reports directly into the companies Managing Director and work closely with the Chairman and GM of Finance. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of outlets through manager oversight and reporting Achieve budgeted revenues, prepare monthly forecast, monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs by reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
