Formulate, administrate and implement all safety programs, coordinate and report to the HSE Manager in all issues related to near miss, exposed to hazardous situation, incident, accidents and any non compliance by the site team from labors to engineers 2. Monitoring all safety officers with in the project and ensure that all activities within the project are meeting the safety standards internationally and locally as per Qatar Law 3. Collect, records and report of pertinent data on safety related operational matters, including work injury causes and statistics to HSE Manager 4.
