To provide technical advise to your team to improve and implement service level agreement for MEP maintenance services. Monitor the account budget and ensure that all service are provided within the allocated budget without jeopardizing the required standard of installation. Manage the execution of all PPM scheduled works and all helpdesk related works are carried out timely and efficient manner. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly workload plans. Analyze the audit reports submitted by your subordinates. Develop and monitor service level key performance indicators to ensure all services are carried out to customer satisfaction.
