Kuwait - ROLE PURPOSE : Ensure having a controlled traffic between inter operators and monitoring the interconnection agreements & IOT reports and dispute resolutions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Handle the Interconnection Agreement (between Local Operators / MOC ) Conduct the Contract annual review, renewal and analysis. Perform the Interconnection benchmarking (GCC region & internationally ) Daily review for the IOT (incoming and outgoing traffic) data and IUR reports( update and reconciliation reports) Check and study incoming and outgoing traffic and conduct the required analysis Coordination with telecom operators and MOC for interconnection methods Focal point of contact for the operators Dispute Resolution Implement the Regulation Requirement in the interconnection agreements Regular review on the IOT pricing and cost modeling (asymmetric/ anti-symmetric pricing, LIRC, LARIC etc.) Participate as the head of the JRC steering Committee and focal point in the sub-committees (billing...
