Dubai - Recruit staff which includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates. Develop HR policies and procedures on issues such as performance management, disciplinary procedures and transfer policies. Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff; Establishes and maintains a centralized personnel records system. Handling day-to-day responsibilities in Recruitment, keeping records, payroll, updating database, performance management, training, and other day to day issues. Provide administrative support, has access to confidential information and maintains a complex system of departmental records, databases and reports. Skills Previous Administration or HR experience is desirable Bachelor degree.
