Doha, Qatar - 1. Carry out Sales & Aftersales surveys with customers and consolidate the results in a monthly report 2. Receive and log customers complaints, compliments and feedback and update in complaint log report for CRM analysis 3. Route complaints to relevant functional department managers for follow up and resolution 4. Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email (or face to face) if/when required 5. Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers, and update in centralized database 6. Assist in sales events and Marketing/CRM campaigns when required 7. Assist in database cleansing tasks 8. Assist in ad hoc data extraction tasks and segmentation 9.
