Qatar - - Entering proper entries in the general ledger. - Preparing Payment vouchers, and Receipt vouchers. - Preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliation including bank reconciliation. - Handling Petty Cash - Preparing Wire transfers, checks, and so on. - Assisting in human resources work. - Reviewing supplier prices and Preparing Purchase Orders. - Preparing Invoices and quotations. - Keeping proper files. Skills - Minimum of year experience in accounting is a must. - Should have acceptable knowledge in accounting, logistics, and administration work. - Should be very good in MS Office. - English language with writing, speaking, and reading is a must. - Good Communication skills. - Must be able to handle administrating work in addition to accounting work. - Good in ERP systems.
