Kuwait City - Maintain Co. customer database. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits. Formulate bids / quotes in co ordination with Co. Management. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with Co. order-processing & Operations staff. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys in co-ordination with Co. marketing department. Monitor and report on upcoming opportunities within Kuwait and other locations identified as “of Interest” to Co.
