Kuwait City - Objective: To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service, at all times Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with studio policy Keep up to date with current promotions and studio pricing, to provide information to members, on request, while maximising studio sales opportunities Fulfil all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety Report any maintenance issues immediately to owners, including all furniture, fittings and equipment Provide reports, as required, for members and daily studio issues and concerns Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house ...
