Qatar - ROLE: The Procurement Officer within the procurement & contracts team will be responsible for leading and managing all procurement activities relating to specific product/service categories. The role encompasses all procurement transactions relating to the selected categories and may include but not limited to: development of market management plan, procurement strategies for the products within the said category, market analysis, and cost benefit analysis, liaising with end-users, managing category vendors, preparing the solicitation documents, leading evaluation of offers, and assisting in the development of contracts. The Procurement Officer works closely with the wider stakeholder community to ensure proper coordination of procurement activities and enhance operational efficiencies whilst ensuring World Class procurement service is delivered and that, naufar's integrity is protected.
