Kuwait - The Post holder will be an integral member of the PACS team within the Hospital and will assist with the successful planning, implementation and installation of PACS & PIS within Radiology and hospital wide. The person is responsible for monitoring the PACS/ RIS system ensuring that the system is available 24hrs a day to users' hospital wide in conjunction with the PACS/ RIS service provider. Skills Knowledge of: System utility programs. Current operating systems functions and systems software. User applications. Data processing operations in a large scale, multi-site environment. Ability to communicate orally with staff, clients, or the public in face-to-face one-on-one settings, or using a telephone. Establish and maintain effective working relationships by working cooperatively with others. Use discretion in the handling of confidential data.
