Confluence International HR (CIH) - Kuwait - - Core Banking Infrastructure Administrator will be supporting critical systems providing operational systems, software and application support. - Development skills using CL400 to automate / control operational tasks and FTP/DOS scripts for file exchanges. - Working knowledge of MIMIX application for replication and recovery. - Strong working knowledge of the Windows Operating System and familiarity with SQL databases. - Strong proven troubleshooting abilities in a large scale operational environment. - Able to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone - Ability to mentor team members and project developers including project planning. - Experience in complex business production critical environments. - Experience & Knowledge of managing incidents and change in complex high availability infrastructure environments Physical/Virtualized, HP/Microsoft/EMC/Unix/Oracle/SQL) based environments would be highly advantageous.
