Save files, public and confidential records of the sector in a professional filling system to facilitate references process when needed. 4. Arrange appointments; receive all incoming phone calls and respond to customers. 5. Coordination among company's departments as a central unit through Daily Mails. 6. Organize, arrange and prepare periodic meetings. 7. Adherence to the granted authorities 8. Access and Compliance to the internal regulations of the company. 9.
