JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Maintains close monitoring of project activities in line with contractual conditions. Monitors all claims and variations from contractor and prepare status report. Overview control on all procurement activities by contractor. Establishes the project controls budgets procedure and maintains regular comparison with actual costs for small projects. Updates the original control budgets with budget transfers, endorses changes and maintains current control budget.
