Dubai - Our client, a leading organization in the UAE, is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor for their growing operations in Dubai. As a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor, you are expected to provide support to the business in the field of compensation, benefits and payroll administration as well as assist the HR Manager - Compensation and Benefits in various projects to deliver the team objectives. This is a “hands on” role within the Compensation and Benefits team. Skills In order to be qualified for this role, ideal candidate must have a degree in Human Resources and/or relevant Compensation and Benefits qualifications and with at least 10 years of experience managing payroll through Oracle or other ERP system. It is also essential that you have management or supervisory experience from GCC/ multinational companies. Successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office and with advanced skills in Excel.
