Doha, Qatar - Job Purpose This role will be for an engineers that can demonstrate sustained technical competence in ACMV discipline. The engineer will be technically competent, confident and be responsible for the submission to QCDD. The Senior Engineer will ensure the execution of projects per the requirements of QCDD and to the QAQC standards. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Directly reports to the Lead Engineer of Fire & Life Safety and ultimately the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Specialist technical knowledge of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and smoke management design. To be able to do the design for all smoke management systems with the required calculations and reports. Reviews DC 1 architectural proposals and ensures that all QCDD code requirements are incorporated in the DC1 submissions Reviews the ACMV submissions prepared by the mechanical design engineer and ensures code compliance with QCDD codes before giving permission for submission to QCDD.
